65daysofstatic: TOUR NICE KIDS

PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, EDITOR

This documentary was shot on one of the band’s first UK tours and it really shows how very far they have come since those first early days. Considering it was shot on a miniDV camera and cut on an incredibly old and slow MacBook, it holds up remarkably well.

futureverything

producer, director, editor

Whilst working as Conference Manager for Manchester’s FutureEverything festival I also produced the video content, hiring camera operators to shoot for me then editing the material together afterwards. This included promo pieces, the likes of which can be seen here, but also a full video archive of the speaking events.

I worked for FutureEverything between 2011 and 2014, overseeing 4 festivals.

Over my 10+ years as a casual worker for Sheffield Doc/Fest I did everything from checking tapes before movies to interviewing personal hero and editing superstar Walter Murch on stage. I mainly spent those years as a post-production supervisor, stage manager and venue manager.
